                                                     Our home at Weston Hills is a 3 bedroom luxury detached villa with a
                                                     unique private screened pool. Weston Hills is situated just 10 minutes
                                                     from Disney on the fast growing Highway 27.

This villa is unique in many ways. From the beautifully landscaped front garden with floodlit palm trees, through the spacious open plan lounge to the stunning pool and lanai area, this villa is different from the rest.

It has been decorated throughout in a contemporary style with pastel shades of décor and furnishings.
The living room features a large 36 inch colour T.V., home theatre surround sound system, video recorder with video library of over 60 titles, plus CD and DVD player.

The kitchen has all the usual appliances but is equipped down to the finest detail with every item you need for your home from home vacation.

The master bedroom has modern high gloss maple furniture with what has been described as the most comfortable bed on the planet. A large en-suite with shower and bath completes the master area. A further 2 double rooms one of which is Disney themed are served by a second bathroom. The Disney room has every wall adorned with posters, figurines and cuddly toys. It even has winnie the pooh on a swing.

The Weston Hills estate is claimed by many to be one of the best kept estates in the 4 corners area of Orlando. Sited 10 miles west of Disney World on the fast growing highway 27 this estate is well situated with easy access to highway 192 which is just 2 miles away and Interstate 4 which is the route to Universal Studios and Central Florida's many other attractions.
Weston Hills is a gated community and its high proportion of American residents add to the high level of maintenance and security of this estate. There are sports facilities at the community centre with a tennis court, basketball and volley ball courts as well as a large swimming pool for those serious swimmers and a kiddie pool for the young ones.
Although the 192 " neon strip " is just 2 miles away the highway 27 area is growing fast. There are numerous restaurants nearby and a Walmart Supercentre is just 1 mile away. There are numerous golf courses in the area and beautiful Clermont City with its quaint shops is just a 10 mile drive North.

Our villa is one of the best maintained in the estate and has a beautifully landscaped front garden . Twin and triple palm trees are featured with white rock areas to give a clean feel to the front aspect. On your return from a hard day at the parks you will be greeted by a floodlit front yard which is the envy of the street. Low voltage driveway lighting also comes on automatically to welcome you home. There are many villas closer to Disney but few to rival the jays' home from home atmosphere.

The beautifully landscaped pool area is this villas most attractive feature. The freeform pool is 30 by 15 and has a large spa. With raised deck areas featuring planters , mature palm trees and low level plants together with 3 waterfalls and a fountain this pool has the wow factor.

The pool is totally secluded with no other pools next door or behind. Fencing and hedging create a look of total privacy .
The pool faces south so it has sunshine all day long. There are 4 sun loungers for your poolside relaxation together with further seating in the covered lanai. The lanai is decorated with silk plants and has cane furniture together with a large patio table and 6 chairs . All the plants are floodlit at night for a cosy outdoor atmosphere. Very tropical

The pool is transformed at night with 4000 strands of fiber optic light fed by an amazing 9 illuminators. The fountain, waterfalls, pool, spa and all of the plants change colour every few seconds. This amazing night time scene is a one of a kind.
